These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the NativeAppTemplate website and services operated by Daisuke Adachi ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.
You must create an account to purchase licenses. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
When you purchase a product, you receive a license to use the associated software. Your use of licensed software is governed by our License Agreement. All sales are processed through Stripe.
Some licenses include access to private GitHub repositories. You agree not to share, redistribute, or make public any code you access through your license. GitHub usernames added to your license must belong to authorized users within your license allowance.

All software, content, and materials provided through our service are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your license grants you the right to use the software as specified, but does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license access will be revoked.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
